To request a cancellation or modification, contact support@huntix360.com as soon as possible with your order number. A request may be approved if the order has not entered fulfillment or been dispatched, but it is not confirmed until Huntix360 provides written confirmation. Once fulfillment has begun or the order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. If the order cannot be canceled, the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply after delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use that link to check the latest shipping status or sign in to your Huntix360 account to view your order details. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for the carrier’s first tracking update to appear. If you have not received your tracking information or the shipment has not updated for an extended period, contact support@huntix360.com with your order number.

The NightHawk M2 remotely controls the physical pan-and-tilt direction of compatible mounted equipment. It can be used for off-road field lighting, ranch and property observation, hunting, inspection, and other lawful outdoor applications. The M2 does not include built-in lighting, imaging, thermal detection, recording, optical zoom, object recognition, or automatic tracking.

The M2 supports compatible spotlights, thermal imaging devices, compact cameras, and other lightweight equipment using an M8 mounting interface. The maximum mounted load is 1 kg / 2.2 lb. Compatibility also depends on the device’s dimensions, center of gravity, mounting hardware, connector, voltage, power requirements, and installation method. Please confirm compatibility before purchase.

The NightHawk M2 is designed for incidental splashes and brief exposure to light rain during normal outdoor use. It is not intended for submersion, sustained or heavy rain, high-pressure washing, saltwater exposure, or long-term use in damp or wet environments. Keep connectors and electrical connections dry and protected. After any exposure to moisture, dry the unit completely and inspect the connectors before further use.

The M2 is designed for a compatible 12V or 24V DC power source. Do not connect it directly to household AC mains. Stationary AC operation requires a properly rated, certified AC-to-DC power supply that matches the published DC input requirements.

The wireless remote can operate at distances of up to 50 m / 164 ft under suitable open-terrain conditions. Actual range may vary depending on obstacles, interference, weather, installation conditions, surrounding structures, and other environmental factors.

Mount the M2 magnetic base on a clean, flat ferromagnetic steel surface. For aluminum or other non-magnetic surfaces, use a compatible quick-release or M8 mounting solution. Confirm that the surface is suitable and that the unit is securely installed before use. Remove the unit before highway or high-speed travel, severe weather, or strong off-road impacts unless the exact installation has been tested for those conditions.

Once an eligible return is approved, Huntix360 will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Huntix360 does not charge a restocking fee. The NightHawk M2 includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or accidents is not covered.
